NOTICE FROM THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT Due to recent inclement weather conditions, the Shreveport Water & Sewerage Department was unable to read all water meter addresses for billing purposes during their regular schedule in February. Those addresses where meters were not read last month, will not receive a February bill. However, please be aware that February's water and sewerage usage for those addresses not read will be included on the March bill. Statements will indicate the extended billing cycle. Payments on your bill can be made at any time and the Water & Sewerage Department suggest those customers not billed for February pay an amount similar to their last (January) bill. This will create a credit to their account and reduce the amount due when their March bill arrives. We apologize for the inconvenience. To help assist with any payment challenges of customers, the Water & Sewerage Department will provide payment extensions or payment plans for these accounts upon request.
